1. About us

Wrenwood (wrenwoodtoys.co.uk) is a trading name of KAIROZ, a sole trader registered in France under SIRET number 99356875700013, with a business address at 12 Résidence la Pèreuse 78910 OSMOY.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our website is intended for consumers aged 18 or over who live in Great Britain.

3. Our products

  • We do our best to show our toys accurately. As they are made from natural wood, the grain, shade and finish of each piece can vary slightly from the photos. This is part of their charm and is not a fault.
  • Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Each product page shows a recommended age. Please follow it, together with any safety warnings on the product page and packaging.
  • Some of our toys are described as Montessori or Montessori-inspired. This describes their design and purpose: there is no official Montessori certification for toys.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Pay-later options are provided by third parties under their own terms.
  • If we discover that a product’s price was clearly wrong, we’ll contact you before dispatch. You can then order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order

  • After you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. This does not yet mean we’ve accepted it.
  • Our contract with you begins when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.
  • We may need to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or if there’s a pricing error. If this happens, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your toys are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Changing your mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details, including the items that can’t be returned, are in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty products and your legal rights

We’re legally required to provide products that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more information, you can contact Citizens Advice.

9. Personalised products

For personalised items such as name puzzles, please check the spelling carefully before you order: we make them exactly as entered. Personalised items can’t be returned if you change your mind, unless they are faulty or differ from what you ordered.

10. Using our toys safely

  • Always follow the age recommendation and safety warnings.
  • Young children should always play under adult supervision.
  • Check toys regularly for wear and damage, and stop using any toy that is cracked, splintered or broken.

11. Our responsibility to you

  • If we fail to meet these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.
  • Our products are for domestic and private use. We’re not responsible for business losses.

12. Events outside our control

We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as transport disruption, strikes or extreme weather. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If the delay is significant, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

13. Our content

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Wrenwood or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without our written permission.

14. Reviews

If you leave a review, please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove reviews that are offensive or unrelated to our products. We never edit reviews to change their meaning.

15. Your privacy

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring legal proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@wrenwoodtoys.co.uk we’ll always try to put things right.

 

18. Cancellation form

You can use the form below to cancel your order, although you don’t have to: a simple email with your order number is enough.
