Refund Policy

We want you and your little one to love every Wrenwood toy. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll put it right.

Changed your mind?

Under UK consumer law, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Simply email us at hello@wrenwoodtoys.co.uk with your order number within that period. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
• Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost on their way back to us.
• Please contact us before sending anything back, and we’ll email you the returns address.

Once we receive the item (or proof that you’ve sent it), we’ll refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days, to your original payment method. If an item has been used or handled more than needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect this.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

If your toy arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery, at no cost to you. In most cases we won’t even ask you to send it back.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we can’t accept back

• Personalised items, such as name puzzles, unless they are faulty.
• Teethers and other items designed to go in a baby’s mouth, once their protective seal has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you’d like to cancel before your order has been dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

When will I see my refund?

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take 5–10 working days to appear.
