Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days, and delivery takes 6–10 working days in total from the day you order. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you ship from?
Our toys ship directly from our partner warehouse in China. This keeps our prices fair, but it means delivery takes a little longer than a high-street order.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We’re not yet able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, with tracking.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
No. All our prices include UK VAT, and there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
When should I order for Christmas?
Please order by 8 December to receive your toys in time for Christmas.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Check your tracking link first, as tracking can take a few days to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 working days of your order, email us and we’ll look into it. If a parcel is lost, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Returns
Can I return a toy?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the toy back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. Please email us first and we’ll send you the returns address.
What if my toy arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and in most cases you won’t need to send anything back.
Are there toys I can’t return?
Personalised toys, and teethers or other items meant to go in a baby’s mouth once their seal has been opened, can’t be returned unless they are faulty. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Our toys
Are your toys Montessori?
Many of our toys are inspired by the Montessori approach: natural materials, simple designs and child-led play. There’s no official Montessori certification for toys, so we describe them as Montessori-inspired.
Where are your toys made?
Most of our toys are made in China by wooden toy manufacturers we’ve selected, like the majority of toys sold worldwide.
What age are your toys suitable for?
Each toy shows a recommended age on its product page and packaging. Please follow it and always supervise young children during play. See our Safety & Care page for more tips.
How do I clean wooden toys?
Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Never soak them or put them in the dishwasher.
Do any of your toys need batteries?
No. Our toys are battery-free by design, so play comes from your child, not from lights and sounds.
How do I choose the right toy?
Start with our Shop by Age collections. Each toy is grouped by the stage it suits best, and our Play Kits bring together three or four toys that work well together.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Is VAT included?
Yes, all prices include UK VAT.
