Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We’re not yet able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Where your toys come from

Wrenwood toys are dispatched directly from our partner warehouse in China. Shipping straight from the source keeps our prices fair, but it takes a little longer than a high-street order, and we’d always rather tell you up front.

Delivery times and costs

  • Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Delivery: 6–10 working days in total from the day you order.
  • Delivery is free on every order, with tracking.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to update while your parcel is on its way to the UK.

VAT and import charges

All our prices include UK VAT. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Ordering several toys?

If you order more than one item, your toys may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Christmas and busy periods

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by 8 December. Deliveries can take longer during peak periods, so we always recommend ordering early.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 working days of your order, email us and we’ll investigate with the courier. If a parcel is lost, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. If your toy arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy.

Wrong address?

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can update it until your order has been dispatched. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout, but we’ll always do our best to help.
